These terms govern turf-cleaning services provided by Desert Turf Cleaning in the Coachella Valley. By booking a service, you agree to them.
Quotes are based on the turf size, condition and pet usage you describe. Final pricing may be adjusted if conditions differ materially from what was described; any change is communicated and approved before work continues.
You agree to provide safe, reasonable access to the turf area. We bring our own equipment and water. If we cannot access the area at the scheduled time, rescheduling may be required.
Please give as much notice as possible to cancel or reschedule. Repeated same-day cancellations may require a deposit for future bookings.
We take great care with every job. However, severely degraded turf, drainage problems caused by faulty installation, or damage existing before service may limit results. We always set realistic expectations before starting.
We are not responsible for pre-existing turf damage, faulty installation, or items left in the service area. Please remove valuables and secure pets before your appointment.
Payment is due upon completion unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept cash, card and major mobile payment apps.
